Gljúfrabúi the "Gorge Dweller" is a spectacular waterfall hidden inside a slot canyon barely wide enough to squeeze through. Just five minutes from Seljalandsfoss, almost no visitors investigate the gap in the cliff face. Inside, the falls drop 40 metres into a circular chamber of mossy walls. You must wade a shallow stream to enter bring waterproof shoes.
