📖 Description
Þórsmörk "Forest of Thor" is a spectacular highland valley nestled between three glaciers: Eyjafjallajökull, Mýrdalsjökull and Tindfjallajökull. The valley is covered in silver birch woodland, criss-crossed by glacial rivers, and ringed by dramatic peaks. It is the terminus of the Laugavegur trail yet remains uncrowded and largely undiscovered by casual tourists.
