📖 Description

Deildartunguhver is the highest-flow hot spring in Europe, discharging 180 litres of 100°C water per second in a constant roaring torrent of boiling water and steam. So powerful it has piped hot water to towns 75 km away since 1978. You can stand on a safe path immediately beside the boiling flow the heat and noise are overwhelming.
