Arnarstapi is a small fishing village on the Snæfellsnes peninsula surrounded by extraordinary coastal lava formations arches, sea stacks, blowholes and natural sculptures carved by the North Atlantic over millennia. A 2.5 km coastal trail connects it to the village of Hellnar through dramatic geology, with puffins nesting in the cliff faces in summer.
